I am instructional technologist for a growing K-12 school district in North Texas. You may want to check out Tucker Tech Talk too! I have always been crafty, and I've always been a little techno-nerdy. Why not combine the two into a crafting business?
I have experimented with different crafts for as long as I can remember ... macramé plant holders (yes, I was a child of the 70's!), sweat suits covered in puff paint (good times!), wood crafts (what teacher didn't love button covers???) and now computer crafts!
I get asked often about my "business" and where my "workshop" is. Well, it's simple. I use the the kitchen. Doesn't everyone? What else would this room be used for? Surely not cooking! LOL If you ever come to my house and can actually see the top of the kitchen table, then it must be Bunco night, Girls' Game Night, or I've given up on crafting altogether!
Sonia is the other "Crafty" sister. She is focusing on family and life in general these days is not taking craft orders at this time. Sonia is an Administrative Assistant for a couple of elementary school assistant principals in the Cypress Fairbanks ISD. She stays busy with the teachers, the kids, the parents, and probably even their pets!
